Our Policies
Thank you for helping us maintain an environment where we are able to respect not only our clients time but our own as well.
As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you are unable to make your appointment time. We are happy to reschedule your appointment for you.
If you miss your appointment as result of a no call or no show, you will be required to pay a fee of 100% of your service total. Failure to give us a 24 hour notice of cancelation will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.
